• The department of General Medicine provides broad range of services for diagnosis and treatment of multiple adult medical diseases

• The Hospital has well equipped state-of-the-art Intensive Care Units for all types of patients.

• Management of chronic diseases involving multi-system is treated by senior consultant of the department , where co-ordination between different specialists & holistic care of patient is very much desired

• Management of infectious diseases like Malaria, Typhoid fever, Tuberculosis, HIV, Dengue fever etc. Most of these diseases present with fever & general symptoms, which are investigated in depth & treated. Sometimes  these diseases present as Septicaemia & shock.

• Management of drug overdoses & poisoning. We have the best levels of intensive care for such patients, which have all modern facilities with very efficient nursing care, with a ratio of 1:1. It is run by  a team of senior consultants having vast experience in India and abroad.

• Environmental diseases like  Industrial chemical exposure, drowning, electrical injuries, radiation injuries, snake bite, lizard bite, dog bite, insect or scorpion bite ,etc are treated in the department of Internal medicine.
